2DRoad installations placed in key locations of Lithuanian motorways

In 2022, Lithuanian Road Administration published a tender for 2 sites, where they wanted to monitor road condition on an entire road section. MetSense, with our local partner FIMA was awarded this tender and realised it in early 2023. The 2DRoad installations are placed in key locations of Lithuanian motorways - one at the A1 near Kaunas and the other at the A2 between Vilnius and Ukmergė. 

Both serve as an important source of road condition information for the Lithuanian Road Administration allowing them to take optimum winter maintenance measures.
